The benefit to you is that we are not obligated to place your business with a carrier that does not meet your needs, and we can give you an objective evaluation of the marketplace. Our recommendations are always based on your goals and objectives.

WE ARE YOUR MARKETING TEAM
By combining a traditional brokerage approach to marketing, implementation and ongoing service with traditional consulting practices -- strategic plan development, analysis and cost effective recommendations – we offer the best of both practices. Our back-room support will enable you to effectively manage your employee benefit plan through technology-driven solutions for immediate access to benefit information, employee data, and HR and regulatory/compliance information.

OUR COMPENSATION
We work with our clients to establish a compensation agreement that meets their needs. Many of the insurance products we secure have standard commissions built in, so the commission is t the same whether a client works with us, another agency, or buys directly from the insurer. For insurance products with negotiable commission schedules, we work with our clients to establish a fair and competitive commission rate. Consulting fees and fees for support services are fully disclosed when a client contracts with us. In some cases, insurers pay overrides to us based upon sales volume retention and quality. If this occurs, clients whose contracts contributed to the override are notified.

Our commitment to our clients is that we will not allow commission rates or the potential for additional compensation to influence us in recommending the best insurance companies and products to meet their needs and objectives.
